Mini Mindfulness Retreat

Looking for a way to relax into your experience, letting go of your everyday stress and anxiety?

Wanting to practice meditation with others, and looking to finally put down some of your responsibilities, to allow for some time and space to rest and nourish?

This session is just perfect for all that and more. This restorative mindfulness retreat is guided by me, an award winning health and well-being facilitator, counsellor, and coach. The retreat is guided gently so that you are fully held throughout, letting go of needing to do anything but relax into your experience!

Immersing into your present moment can help in reducing stress, anxiety, and worry, and helps build our resilience, allowing us to feel more rested and nourished!

What to expect?

Cost: Tickets are priced on a sliding scale to help support everyone. They range from £5 to £20 and you can choose which is most suitable for you.
