How To Reduce Anxiety with EFT Tapping

EFT (Emotional Freedom Technique) is a fantastic practice which engages our body and mind together. It’s a scientifically proven technique that reduces our fight or flight response and encourages the parasympathetic nervous system.

Not only that, it’s a technique that allows full acceptance of what is going on internally. We open up to how we are, as we are, in a true compassionate, understanding way. We then, having accepted ourselves as we are, open up to the possibility of releasing the difficult emotion. In this session, we’ll be focusing on anxiety.

EFT is a form of counselling intervention that draws on various theories of alternative medicine – including acupuncture, neuro-linguistic programming (NLP), energy medicine and thought field therapy, and uses the meridian points.

During this session, you’ll learn more of what EFT is, how to practice it, and gain first-hand experience of practicing the technique together. We’ll have an opportunity for sharing, and asking any questions too.
