Q. HOW MUCH DO 1-TO-1 SESSIONS COST?

Q. WHAT EXPERIENCE DO YOU BRING TO SESSIONS?

Q. ARE YOU ACCREDITED?

Yes, I always ensure the upmost professionalism and am accredited by two different professional bodies; 

  • The British Association of Mindfulness-Based Approaches (BAMBA

  • Accredited Counsellors, Coaches & Psychotherapists & Hypnotherapists (ACCPH). 

Q. HOW MANY SESSIONS WOULD YOU RECOMMEND?

Each person is unique, and everyone's needs differ. There are various bundles and session types differing in length and price to ensure sessions are adaptable to various needs. If you are unsure, please do get in touch and we can have a chat about what might be best for you.

Q. DO YOU OFFER DIFFERENT PACKAGES FOR 1-TO-1'S?

Q. WHAT MAKES YOUR 1-TO-1 SESSIONS DIFFER FROM WHAT OTHERS OFFER?

Other wellness professionals often only treat symptoms; managing anxiety, managing depression, managing difficulties...etc. Managing symptoms is not a long-term solution, but rather a short-term fix. The symptoms will continue until you get to the route of what's causing them. 

There will be a reason why you are experiencing any range of physical, mental, or emotional symptoms. My sessions differ as together we'll identify the cause and then allow deep healing. This gives way for freedom, contentment, and embracing all that life has to offer. I'll also provide lots of tools, techniques, and resources to support and guide you too, all while allowing true healing. 

Q. DO YOU OFFER IN-PERSON SESSIONS?

Right now, I am not offering any in-person sessions. All sessions just now take place either online through zoom or over the phone.

Q. DO YOU OFFER ACCESSIBLE AND AFFORDABLE SUPPORT?

Yes, I understand that everyone's situation differs and committing to counselling and therapy can be an expense that's not possible right now. For an accessible and affordable option, I offer telephone sessions which can be either one-off or regular to support. Please click here for more info.
